ORDER PROCESSING

All Baby turns Blue accessories are exclusively made to order.

Please allow from 2 to 4 business days for handcrafting and dispatch of your order.
Orders placed during sales periods may exceptionnally take 2 to 4 extra business days.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

All accessories are ready to gift.
They come wrapped in a beautiful black Baby turns Blue organic cotton dustbag with a care card.

Packaging is discreet. Prices are always hidden on the packing list placed inside the parcel.

We are very proud to say that our parcels are fully sustainable.
All our packaging components are carefully sourced and certified FSC & EU Ecolabel.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

We want your delivery experience to be flawless.

All national (FRA) orders are processed through La Poste Colissimo.
International orders to all supported destinations are processed exclusively through DHL Express*.

We offer free express shipping for all orders over 250€**.
All international rates include Baby turns Blue gentle contribution to offer very affordable but premium international delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the selected shipping country.

Usual delivery times:
FR - Colissimo: 48 hours
EU - DHL Express: 24 to 48 hours
US & CA - DHL Express: 24 to 72 hours
Rest of the world - DHL Express: 72+ hours

You will receive an automated email with your tracking link once your order is ready for shipping.

*We reserve the right to select a different carrier for international destinations if the address is located in a remote location incurring unanticipated charges.
**For delivery to China, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, free shipping applies on orders over 350€.

EXCHANGES

All products can be exchanged in case of a sizing problem.
The buyer will be responsible of the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

RETURNS

Products may not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.
In this case, Baby turns Blue will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCESS

To request an exchange or return, contact us within 14 days after the initial date of delivery.

After your exchange or return has been approved by our team, we will provide you by email with the return procedure.
Returns should be shipped within 7 days after the date of approval, new and unused, in their original packaging with tags.

Returns received damaged will not be accepted, and will be either resent at your expense as is, or refunded with a 50% forfeit in compensation as they cannot be restocked.
Returns sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

DUTIES & TAXES

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges required by the country of destination for importing consumer goods.
We do not collect this information beforehand, and cannot provide an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world.
Baby turns Blue does not reimport or refund orders of buyers refusing to cover their local duties and taxes.

For returns or exchanges, non-EU buyers will be provided with detailed instructions to fill the customs documents associated with their return parcels.

Baby turns Blue will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.
If that occurs, Baby turns Blue will not pay for duties or taxes.

DHL is not responsible for additional local customs delays.
